- Josh Nunn, LMT, BS Kinesiology, RYT
- Massage Therapist, Structural Integrator, C.H.E.K Holistic Lifestyle Coach
I help people gain awareness of their bodies. This is achieved through my study of rolfing/structural integration, physical therapy, kinesiology, Iyengar yoga and as a holistic health practitioner. My formal education has taken me from a university medical center to an oriental medicine program, with massage schools and international yoga trainings along the way. My practice has been fascial and connective-tissue oriented for 12 years, helping people free themselves from aches and pains via strong manipulative therapy and corrective exercises.
My unique approach has dramatically helped many who have not found relief from the current health care paradigm. Most recently, I spent 3 years living in Australia, trying my hands at living (semi)sustainability - raising chickens and growing my own food. This allowed me to not only heal from adrenal fatigue and long term digestion issues, but also get in touch a more natural rhythm and pace of life - which is paramount when healing from any health concerns. I am excited to be back in Boston, and especially be surrounded by such talent here at SBY.
