Fall is here and we're all back from vacation and ready to breathe and flow! There are a few changes, we have some new additions to the teaching staff and have changed some of the classes. We've added AcroYoga classes in the evenings with Bonnie Argo. We're also very sorry to say goodbye to Catherine and wish her and her husband the best of luck down in Texas!
Also, morning Open Practice and Lunch Flow are now both $10 classes and we have lowered some of our membership rates as well.
David is teaching several off-site charity events in the upcoming weeks: Global Mala is Sunday Sept 21 at the Cyclorama and Boston Common, and 108 Sun Salutations at the Sports Club LA on Oct 28th.
